Extract the dr-tingwo.zip file to your /sites/all/modules directory
Login as an administrator to your Drupal installation
Enter the 'Modules' page (administration -> modules) and enable 'Tingwo' module.
Go to the settings page (administration -> configuration -> media -> tingwo settings) to add your Customer ID and change other settings.
Place the audio button from the 'Blocks' page (administration -> structure -> blocks) by moving the 'Tingwo block' in the page region where you want to show it.
